At Encompassing You Counseling, my goal is to celebrate you in the many ways you show up.
I offer individual counseling and coaching telehealth sessions to Florida and Georiga residents.
Society has created so many rules of who we are meant to be and the boxes we are supposed to fit into. That does not need to be your reality.
The mission is to create an open and affirming space for Black bodies, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those creating healthy relationships.

At Encompassing You Counseling, I offer individual 50-minute telehealth sessions for adults. The sessions are geared towards processing life stressors, setting boundaries, and self-actualization. Individual sessions are designed to create an affirming space to embrace all sexual orientations, gender identities/expressions, relationship orientations, and kinks. Encompassing You utilizes a strength-based integrative therapeutic approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Bowen Natural Family Systems.

One-on-one coaching are 30-minute to 60-minute telehealth sessions designed to help you move forward in life. I take a person-centered approach to help you identify your goals and make progress toward achieving them. I provide supportive guidance and motivation to action.
