My Story

Raina Edwards, FL-LMHC, CGFS is the founder and CEO of Encompassing You Counseling. Raina graduated from Barry University with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. Since then she has gained experience working with children in foster care, adults with persistent mental illness, and couples. To date, Raina is pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education at Barry University. Raina has always had a passion for serving marginalized identities. Raina has served in a number of professional counseling organizations aligned with social justice, multiculturalism, and gender/sexual identity. Raina’s current practice is centered around helping people discover and embrace who they are.
